ISOCON 2026 invites abstracts for oral and poster presentations to showcase original research in the field of oncology in the following categories:
- Brain & Head and Neck
- Breast Cancer
- Gastrointestinal Cancer
- Hematology
- Lung Cancer
- Gynecological Cancer
- Genitourinary Cancer
- Miscellaneous
Mandatory Abstract Structure (4 Sections)
Abstracts should be structured under the following headings:
- Introduction:
- Objectives:
- Material & Methods:
- Results:
- Conclusions:
Formatting & Submission Rules
- The title must be typed in CAPITAL LETTERS.
- The name of the presenting author must be typed in bold and underlined.
- Clearly mention the appropriate abstract category.
- One delegate can be the presenting author for only one abstract
- The abstract must be typed in English.
- Use Font: Calibri
- Use Font Size: 10
- The abstract must not exceed 300 words.
Instructions for Abstract Submission for Free Oral/ Poster Presentations
- Abstract deadline: 30th June 2026. No abstracts will be accepted after this date.
- It is MANDATORY for presenting author to be registered for ISOCON 2026.
- The application requires the presenting author to submit their ISOCON 2026 registration number received on their email.
- The abstracts must be original work of the presenting author and should not have been published at any conference proceedings/ journal before.
- All abstract submissions must be made only in online mode in the box provided at the end of the page.
- Mention the category and the preference of Oral/ Poster presentation.
- Confirmatory email will be sent after submission. Confirmatory mail does not mean acceptance.
- Abstracts will be reviewed by the ISOCON 2026 scientific committee, and the committee holds the right to accept/reject or to consider an abstract either for oral or poster presentation. The decision of the ISOCON 2026 Scientific committee shall be final.
- Abstract acceptance will be sent later after the scientific committee has approved the abstract for presentation.
- Certificates will be given ONLY to the Presenting Author.
- Submit the name, institutional affiliation and contact information of the presenting as well as the co-authors.
- Please ensure the email address and mobile number of the presenting author is correct, as this will be the only method of communication regarding acceptance.
- Abstracts once submitted cannot be edited.
- The Scientiļ¬c Committee will select the best abstracts from each applicable category for Oral Presentation, and the corresponding author will be appropriately informed.
- The abstract must be submitted via email on conference email id of isocon2026@gmail.com
Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Last Date of Abstract Submission: 30th June 2026.
- The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept, reject, or assign a different presentation type (Oral/ Poster) to any submitted abstract.
- A filled abstract submission form must be emailed to isocon2026@gmail.com to complete the submission process.
- Attractive prizes will be awarded in each abstract category for both Oral and Poster presentations.
Abstract Selection & Presentation Format
- All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by a panel of experts in the relevant specialty. Abstracts will be judged solely on the scientific data and content provided.
- The final decision regarding acceptance and the mode of presentation (Oral or Poster) will rest entirely at the discretion of the Scientific Committee.
Video Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Surgical videos are allowed for submission. The maximum duration of the video is 5 minutes. The upper limit of the file size is 100 MB. The video should be submitted in .avi / .wmv / .mov / .mp4 format on the sharing drive and shared with the public link on the portal. Audio narration is desirable but not necessary. The submitting author will be required to present the video in a high-quality format on the day of the meeting.
- Once the final submission is made under your login ID, no further edits will be entertained.
- All abstracts and videos will be evaluated and scored by an expert panel of judges. The committee reserves the right to decide if a submitted abstract should be considered for oral or poster presentation. All decisions made by the expert panel will be final and binding and no disputes in this regard will be entertained.
- The presenting author will be notified by email about acceptance and other details.
- In case of the author's unavailability for presentation, one of the co-authors may present the work, provided they register for the conference.
